Fab Drumming is run by Marion Nieuwenhuizen. Marion is a fully qualified teacher and teaches African drumming, African dance and international folk dancing. She has a broad experience in facilitating team building sessions, organizing events and performing.
Trainer / facilitator
Marion was co-owner of Meeting Point Entertraining in Amsterdam, a Dutch company facilitating drum workshops for corporate events, schools and private functions in The Netherlands and abroad untill 2009.
She combined her job with another passion: freelance journalism and publishing about communication issues.
In 2010 she moved to Great Britain and pursued her dream by founding a new company called Fab Drumming.
Marion studied dance and music in Mali, Ghana, Senegal, South Africa, Ireland and The Netherlands.
Marion has a Master's degree in Biology (MSc), and she is a Master Practitioner Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Marion holds a current enhanced CRB check and we are covered by up to £2,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.
Marion is a volunteer at the Conquest Centre for Disabled Riders.
